Earlier that same day, Gena Wirth and James Lima will be making this presentation to City Council members and Mayor Grover Robinson at a publicly-noticed meeting at City Council Chambers at 8:30 a.m. This gives the council and mayor the first look at the final plan and there should be time allotted for members of the public to comment.
